Although our Self Esteem and Confidence are related, each is an exclusive part of our individual selves. Achieving a healthy balance for each can be difficult; often hindered by previous negative experiences or events in our lives. Stress and Anxiety Management
Stress can be caused by many factors, including work and relationship difficulties or trauma. How we cope with stress is essential to managing and reducing it. When we aren’t pro-active in dealing with stress we run the risk of additional stress and anxiety. One Small Step offers the opportunity to look at the causes of stress in our lives and to come up with ways to manage and deal with it. This is vitally important as stress and anxiety often affects us physically as well as emotionally and mentally.
